For clients

Post the work. Get it delivered.

Hire verified freelancers across all 27 EU countries. The money moves when you approve the work — not before.

Post a gig How it works

The risk nobody prices in

Hiring across a border is three worries at once: whether the work arrives, whether the invoice stands up to your accountant, and whether you have accidentally created an employment relationship. Most platforms solve the first and hand you the other two.

EuroHive was built for European rules rather than adapted to them afterwards.

How it works

1

Post the work — free

Describe the scope, the budget and the deadline. Posting costs nothing, reviewing proposals costs nothing, and nothing is charged until you hire.

2

Choose from verified profiles

Every freelancer has passed identity verification and is based in the EU. You see their portfolio, their languages and their country before the first message.

3

Release payment when you approve

You fund each milestone into escrow before the work starts. It is released when you approve the delivery — and a milestone that is not delivered is not released.

What it costs

A service fee is added on top of the agreed amount: 15% on the first €5,000 with a given freelancer, then 10%. It falls the longer you keep working with the same person.

€0 – €5,000 15% fee
€5,000+ 10% fee

Posting, browsing and reviewing proposals are always free. VAT follows your country and your VAT status — a valid EU VAT number means reverse charge and no VAT added.

Where you stand

Independent work, on paper

Engagements are project contracts with defined deliverables and milestones, not open-ended hourly arrangements, and the paperwork is kept that way. Classification ultimately depends on how the work is actually carried out, so the responsibility stays with you — but the contract structure works for you rather than against you.

VAT handled, not remembered

Invoices are generated with the correct cross-border treatment for your country and the freelancer’s. A valid EU VAT number applies reverse charge automatically.

GDPR by default

Contracts, messages and files are stored and processed in the EU. What is collected and how long it is kept is written down in the Privacy Policy.

Free to post, free to review proposals, and nothing charged until you hire.
